Vishnuvardhan's fan commits suicide

His friend who tried to rescue him also met with the same fate in Kuppa village in Mysore district, police said.

The deceased were identified as Somanna and Kunnaiah (28).

According to police, Somanna was in an inebriated state when he took the extreme step.
Business establishments in many parts of the city were closed as a mark of respect to the late actor.
