Olga Timoshik was allegedly staying in Jaipur and other cities in India without a valid visa for the last three years. She was arrested on June 28 last for allegedly helping a German national Thomas Kuhn, who was convicted of espionage in Germany before coming to India and was also staying illegally near the Bhakra dam in Ropar district in Punjab.
