NEET exam row: NTA chief Subodh Kumar Singh sacked

National Testing Agency director-general Subodh Kumar Singh was removed by the Centre amid raging row over alleged irregularities in the NEET-UG examination and the now-cancelled UGC-NET examination, news agency PTI reported on Saturday.

According to the reports, Singh has been put on "compulsory wait" in Department of Personnel and Training.
