Kshatriya Karna Sena chief Raj Shekhawat has issued a video statement where he has said that he is willing to pay Rs 1,11,11,111 to a police official who kills gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in an encounter.

Bishnoi has been in the spotlight after the Baba Siddiqui murder, for which one of his gang members has taken responsibility on social media.

Shekhawat targeted both the Gujarat government and the central government in his video, as per Navbharat Times, saying that Bishnoi's name had come up in the Sukh Singh Gogamedi's murder case.

Gogamedi, the former Karni Sena chief, was murdered in his home in 2023 by members of Bishnoi's gang.

Shekhawat said in his post that his organisation will take responsibility of the security and make all necessary arrangements for the family of the police officer who manages to gun down Lawrence.

Despite being lodged in prison, Bishnoi has allegedly managed to execute murders of many high-profile people, including Punjabi singer Siddhu Moosewala in 2022. This is besides orchestrating firing outside the residences of singers A P Dhillon and Gippy Garewal in Canada, and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan in Mumbai.

"Kshatriya Karni Sena demands that the central government should encounter Lawrence Bishnoi as soon as possible," Shekhawat said in a post on X.

In June 2024, the NIA had filed a charge sheet against Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar and 11 others for their alleged involvement in the killing of Gogamedi last year, according to an official statement.

Besides the Siddique murder, Canada has also said that the Indian government, with the help of members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang based out of Canada, had targeted Indian dissidents in the North American country.
