Strict action will be taken if madarsas refuse to get authorisation

Several Madrasa were not recognised so we've given them the option to seek recognition from the government told the minority minister Uttar Pradesh Dharam Pal Singh on January 2 in Lucknow after 8,500 Madrasas across 75 districts were found to be unrecognised in a survey report submitted to the Uttar Pradesh government.

Dharam Pal Singh said, “To improve education quality in Madrasa, we conducted a survey on priority. Almost 8,500 madarsa were not recognised so we've given them the option to seek recognition from govt. Strict action will be taken against the madrasas if they refuse to get authorisation.
