In a setback to former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam, the Madras High Court on Tuesday set aside the discharge of him in a case related to the disproportionate assets (DA) case, reports LiveLaw.
Earlier in March this year, the Supreme Court had dismissed a petition filed by him against the Madras High Court's decision to suo motu revive a disproportionate assets case against him.
