Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Monday called on Kerala Chief Minster Pinarayi Vijayan in Thiruvananthapuram.
The meeting of the TRS leader with Vijayan, who is a senior CPM leader, was considered to be part of initiatives to form a non-BJP and non-Congress government at the centre.
Both the leaders did not make any statement at the meeting.
According to a statement from Kerala CM's office, two TRS MPs Santosh Kumar and Vinod Kumar accompanied Chandrashekhar Rao. Rao came down with family on a two-day visit to Kerala.
