Kadaba police arrested three persons on the charges of poaching wild animals in Karnataka

When the police were patrolling, they noticed a vehicle at Kunthoor Padavu in Kadaba. On the basis of suspicion, they intercepted a car and found one mouse deer, three palm civet and a porcupine that they had hunted using a gun. During the interrogation, they revealed that they had poached wild animals. The arrested are Binu Chaco from Nelyadi, Naveen from Kaukradi and Dinesh from Kaukradi.

The police have recovered wild animals, rifle, live rounds, torch light and the vehicle. A case has been booked under Section 25, 27 of

Putin will not attend G20 Summit in India, says Kremlin

The Kremlin said on Friday that Russian President Vladimir Putin had no plans to attend the G20 summit in India in September in person.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for Putin accusing him of war crimes in Ukraine, something the Kremlin strongly denies. This means he risks arrest when travelling abroad. (Reuters)

"The G20 Summit is a matter of pride for India and for Delhi Police it will be a prestigious arrangement. We are working to provide adequate, robust, smart and intelligent police arrangement across Delhi," Delhi's Special CP (law and order) Dependra Pathak told PTI on Friday, responding to questions on preparations for the summit.
