After months of speculations, OnePlus is all geared up to finally reveal the company's latest Android flagship OnePlus 7 series later today.
OnePlus is hosting the launch event in three global cities--Bengaluru (20:15 pm IST), London (16:00 am BST) and New York (11:00 am EDT)--simultaneously on May 14. Carl Pei, co-founder, OnePlus will host the local programme, showing how much the company values the Indian market.

OnePlus 7: Everything you need to know
OnePlus has confirmed that there will be two models, one a generic OnePlus 7 and the top-end OnePlus 7 Pro.
As per recently leaked images, OnePlus 7 will sport full HD+ screen with true full-view design language, as there will be no notch. The Company has reportedly incorporated mechanized pop-up camera at the top-edge to save physical space in the display and users will be able to enjoy watching the video without on a wide-screen without obstruction.
On the back, it is said to have a dual camera, one main primary shooter and another telephoto camera for in-depth scene capture and on the front, it will have wide-angle 16MP selfie shooter.
Under-the-hood, it is said to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 octa-core, 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage
On the other hand, OnePlus 7 Pro will flaunt the same design form factor as the standard model but will have upgraded display. It will have Quad HD+ Super AMOLED screen with the 90hz display refresh rate. As per the official teaser, it has received A+ class ratings from DisplayMate, highest for any phone.
As far as the photography hardware is concerned, it is expected come packed with the triple camera setup, primary 48MP + wide-angle 20MP + 5MP depth sensor and a 16MP pop-up front snapper wide-angle field of view capability.
Other stipulated features include Snapdragon 855 octa-core, X50 modem for 5G network support, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
Both the devices run Android Pie-based OxygenOS 9 and a 4,000mAh battery with WARP charge capability, wherein the devices can fully charge from zero to 100-percent in around 80 minutes.
Like the OnePlus 6T, its successor OnePlus 7, depending on the RAM+Storage configuration is expected to be priced anywhere between Rs 37,999 and Rs 44,999. Whereas the OnePlus 7 Pro may cost around Rs 50,000.
In the cost-conscious Indian market, OnePlus in collaboration with Reliance Jio has announced 'Jio Beyond Speed offer' with benefits up to Rs 9,300. It includes Rs 5,400 cash back. Users can get 36 vouchers of Rs 150 and can be redeemed by recharging their phone for Rs 299 and above data plan.
OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro buyers who subscribe to Jio are entitled to get Rs 2,000 ( or 20-percent) of ZoomCar rentals. EaseMyTrip is offering Rs 1,550 off on flight tickets or hotel bookings and 15-percent on bus bookings. Even Chumbak is offering Rs 350 off on bills worth more than Rs 1,699.
Like previous years, OnePlus India will also be hosting pop-up experience zones in major cities across the country including Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
