"I have signed the contract with Pune. I will miss Shane (Warne) but I guess a new team will provide me the opportunity to play more matches,"  Khan told 'PTI Bhasha' from Mumbai.

Having impressed Darren Berry, the Rajasthan Royals director of coaching, in a suburban Twenty20 tournament, Khan was given a contract worth about USD 24,000 with Rajasthan for the second season of the IPL. Captain and Coach Warne called him a 'Tornado' and used him as a front-line bowler.

Khan, in fact, made his Twenty20 debut before having played a first-class match. Khan too acknowledges the contribution of Warne in building up his career.

"I will not forget what Shane has done for me. Whatever I am today is because of him. He is a tremendous captain and a good human being," he said.

Khan could play only three matches in the IPL third season due to his knee injury.

"I am fit now and raring to perform. I have several new weapons in my armoury. I could not play much matches in last season but this time I will prove my mettle for sure," said the 20-year-old son of a woodcutter from Azamgarh, UP.

Khan said he is excited about playing alongside Yuvraj Singh whom he admire a lot.

"I met him many times during IPL but now I am playing with him. I am really excited about this opportunity," he said.
