Indigenous phone-maker Micromax on Friday (March 19) launched the new IN 1 series budget phone in India.
Micromax IN 1 sport a 6.67-inch full HD+ (2400 x 1080p) display and support peak brightness of up to 440. It is protected by a Rainbow glass shield.
Inside, it comes with a 12nm class 64-bit MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core backed by ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU, Android 10 (will get Android 11 soon), 4GB/6GB LPPDDRX RAM with 64GB/128GB (eMCP) storage (expandable up to 256GB) and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charger.
The highlight feature of the Micromax IN 1 is the photography hardware. It boasts triple-camera module-- main 48MP (Samsung sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, f/1.79) + 2MP macro + 2MP depth (f/2.4) with LED flash on the back. It houses an 8MP front camera.
Micromax IN 1 comes in two configurations-- 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB RAM + 128GB storage-- for Rs 10,499 and Rs 11,999, respectively. It comes in two colours--blue and purple-- go on sale on micromaxinfo.com and Flipkart from March 26 onwards.

The new IN 1 will be up against the recently launched Redmi Note 10, Realme C series, Tecno, and Infinix, among other brands in India.
