According to a report by PEOPLE, Lauren Pisciotta -- in her amended complaint -- obtained by the publication, has accused West of serving her "laced drink" before sexually assaulting her.

Pisciotta, who worked for the rapper from 2021 to 2022 has made the allegations as part of her earlier lawsuit for "wrongful termination" which also included accusations of explicit texts, pornographic photos, videos and phone calls from the rapper.

As per the report, the amended complaint was filed on Oct 8 in Los Angeles County Court. In the complaint, Pisciotta has said that the incident happened before she officially started working for the musician at a studio session co hosted by West and Diddy Combs in Santa Monica, Calif.

At the session, an announcement was made that "everybody had to drink if they wanted to stay."

The complaint further read that Pisciotta was served a "drink laced by an unidentifiable sedative" by a studio assistant on Kanye's request. After having a few sips, the complainant started feeling "disoriented."

"As plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech, and that is where plaintiff's memories of that night escape her," the complaint said.

The day, Pisciotta woke up "feeling physically ill and confused", not able to remember the events of the last night.

As per the complaint, she only found out about the incident after Kanye brought up the night during a conversation. During the conversation, West told her that they "did kind of hook up a little one time." He was referring to the night at the studio session where the plaintiff was allegedly assaulted.

When Pisciotta told West that she has no memory of that night, Ye replied, "women love to say they don't remember," the complaint said.

The filing further reads, "Up until that very point, right before that very conversation, Plaintiff was unaware that she had been subjected to gender violence and sexual battery on that studio night by KANYE WEST a.k.a YE."

Pisciotta has also mentioned a July 2021 incident in the complaint when the rapper allegedly "attempted to forcefully thrust his naked body onto and penis into Plaintiff's face" in a hotel in San Francisco, ignoring "her pleas to stop." West had allegedly entered Pisciotta's room saying that he wanted to use her shower as his was out of order.

The rapper is facing another lawsuit by a former employee who claimed that he suffered “severe discrimination, harassment” while working for Yeezy and at his Donda Academy school.
