Dubai: Iran did not suspend a new cooperation agreement with Russia, the country's ambassador to Moscow said on Tuesday, according to the official news agency IRNA.

Russia's RIA state news agency had reported earlier on Tuesday citing a Russian Foreign Ministry official that the agreement between Moscow and Tehran on comprehensive cooperation had been temporarily suspended due to "problems that Iranian partners have".
