Moscow: Russia's President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday proposed the creation of BRICS grain exchange which could at a later stage be transformed to trade other commodities.
He told the leaders of BRICS countries at a summit in Russia that such an exchange would help protect trade between BRICS countries as well as other countries in the Global South from excessive price volatility.
