Three people were killed and five were injured in Ukrainian shelling of the city of Donetsk on Wednesday, Denis Pushilin, the Russian-appointed head of the Donetsk region, said.

The city was hit by Ukrainian artillery fire, Pushilin said.
One more person was injured in a Ukrainian drone attack in another district of the city, he added.
