Istanbul: Turkish rescue teams were searching for six missing crew members of a 69-metre cargo ship which sank in the Marmara Sea off northwest Turkey on Thursday, state-owned Anadolu news agency reported.

Mahmut Demirtas, governor of Bursa province, told Anadolu that search and rescue operations were continuing and that the missing crew members were believed to be Turkish nationals.
