Seoul: United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has strongly condemned North Korea for conducting a military satellite launch using ballistic missile technology, a spokesperson said.

In a statement, Guterres also called for North Korea to fully comply with UN resolutions and urged Pyongyang to return to dialogue.
