Amid reports that several states are facing a shortage of Covid-19 vaccines in hospitals, people who had registered to get Covid jab through the Cowin app returned disappointed from vaccination centres in Mumbai, Hyderabad and other places as they were closed due to unavailability of the Covid-19 vaccine.
