The matter has been posted to June 4.</p>.<p>The PIL is filed by Samarpana, a Bengaluru-based socio-cultural trust.</p>.<p>The petitioner contended that BMTC has suffered a loss of Rs 7.9 crore, including damages to 23 buses, in the strike from December 11 to December 14, 2020. The petition prayed for a direction to recover the amount from various unions and employees of the BMTC and KSRTC.</p>
