The Kengeri-Cantonment-Whitefield corridor will be named the <em>Parijaata</em> corridor, while the Heelalige-Yelahanka-Rajanukunte corridor is likely to be known as <em>Kanaka</em>.</p>.<p>Work is expected to begin first on the <em>Kanaka </em>and <em>Mallige</em> corridors, the report added.</p>.<p>The city's metro rail network, <em>Namma Metro</em>, in contrast, is named after colours — green, purple, yellow, pink, and light blue.</p>.<p>The Rs 16,000-crore project headed by K-RIDE spans 148 kilometres and will have 57 stations across all four corridors.</p>
