<p>The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Jamui Assembly Constituency (AC No 241) in Jamui district which went to polls on October 28, 2020.</p>.<p>Shreyasi Singh of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Jamui seat beating Rashtriya Janata Dal candidate Vijay Prakash by a margin of 41049 votes.</p>.<p>In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, RJD candidate Vijay Prakash won the Jamui constituency seat with a margin of 5.2% securing 66577 votes against BJP candidate Ajoy Pratap.<br /> </p>
