<p>Bihar Election Result: The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Kargahar Assembly Constituency (AC No 209) in Rohtas district which went to polls on October 28, 2020.</p>.<p>Santosh Kumar Mishra of the Indian National Congress won the Kargahar seat beating Janata Dal (United) candidate Bashisth Singh by a margin of 4083 votes.</p>.<p>In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, JD(U) candidate Bashisht Singh won Kargahar constituency seat with a margin of 7.3% securing 57018 votes against RLSP candidate Birendra Kumar Singh.</p>
