<p>The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Bagaha Assembly Constituency (AC No 04) in Pashchim Champaran district which went to polls on November 07, 2020. Ram Singh of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the Bagaha seat beating Indian National Congress candidate Jayesh Manglam Singh by a margin of 30020 votes.</p>.<p>In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, BJP candidate Raghaw Sharan Pandey won Bagaha constituency seat with a margin of 4.9% securing 74476 votes against JD(U) candidate Bhishm Sahani.</p>
