Shahpur Assembly Constituency (AC No 198) in Bhojpur district goes to polls on October 28, 2020

Bihar Election Result: The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Shahpur Assembly Constituency (AC No 198) in Bhojpur district which went to polls on October 28, 2020.

Achmit Rishidev of the Janata Dal (United) won the Raniganj seat beating Rashtriya Janata Dal candidate Avinash Manglam by a margin of 2304 votes.

In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, RJD candidate Rahul Tiwary won Shahpur constituency seat with a margin of 10% securing 69315 votes against BJP candidate Visheshwar Ojha.
