Rajpur Assembly Constituency (AC No 202) in Buxar district goes to polls on October 28, 2020

Bihar Election Result: The Election Commission on November 10 declared the winner of Rajpur Assembly Constituency (AC No 202) in Buxar district which went to polls on October 28, 2020.

Vishwanath Ram of the Indian National Congress won the Rajpur seat beating Janata Dal (United) candidate Santosh Kumar Nirala by a margin of 21204 votes.

In Bihar Assembly Election 2015, JD(U) candidate Santosh Kumar Nirala won Rajpur constituency seat with a margin of 18.7% securing 84184 votes against BJP candidate Bishawnath Ram.
