'We don't have money to spend,' says Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge ahead of Lok Sabha polls

Congress President M Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday indicated that the party is facing fund crunch, alleging that bank accounts had been frozen by the BJP-led NDA government, while huge fines have been imposed on the party by Income-Tax department.
