Congress on Monday released the third list of 19 candidates for the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections, fielding ex-NSUI chief Neeraj Kundan from Bishnah.
The party also fielded Chaudhary Lal Singh from Basohli, Raman Bhalla from R S Pura-Jammu South.
