The popularity of Eros's YouTube, which has 25 to 30 million views a day, prompted the idea for the download site.<br /><br />Lulla said that content will be created especially for the service, with agreements in place for some films to be released on the Hulu-style service before appearing at the cinema or on television.<br /><br />The service will be available on mobile and IPTV and possibly a Bollywood channel on YouView when the internet-enabled TV service is set to launch in the UK next year.<br />Last week, Eros, which distributed 39 films in the first half of this year, recorded a one-third jump in first-half profit, as the popularity of Bollywood films continued to increase.
