Singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan arrested in Dubai over defamation complaint by former manager

Singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has been arrested by Dubai police over a defamation complaint by his former manager Salman Ahmed, news agency ANI reported on Tuesday, quoting Pakistan's Geo News.

According to the ANI report, Rahat and his former manager Ahmed had some longstanding dispute due to which, Ahmed submitted complaints against him to the Dubai authorities. Rahat had also dismissed Ahmed a few months earlier.
