Every house in Kashmir has a terrorist: Joshi

Dharwad MP Pralhad Joshi waded into a controversy by stating that every house in Kashmir, especially South Kashmir, has terrorist or terrorist sympathisers.

Speaking to media persons after participating in a rally to pay homage to the martyred soldiers of Pulwama tragedy in Hubballi on Sunday, he said there are reports and apprehensions that every house or alternate houses in Kashmir has a terrorist.

He said that there was a need for all political parties to stand together and fight against Pakistan and no party should give any patronage to people, organisation or groups to make anti-India slogans, as it would hurt the morale of our security forces. “Strictest of action should be taken against the tukde, tukde gang, which gave pro-Pakistan calls in JNU and other places,” he said and added that this is not the time to do pity politics.

He said India is paying a price for having a soft stand on separatists, intruders from Bangladesh, Rohingyas and others. “This has to be stopped,” he said.
