They have been quarantined by the Delhi government there,” Ludhiana Police Commissioner Rakesh Aggarwal told PTI.</p>.<p> “We are in touch with their families and we are monitoring them,” said Aggarwal.</p>.<p>Sangrur Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori said one person from Dhadrian village attended the congregation, but he has not returned yet.
