Bengaluru-bound Akasa flight returns to Delhi after security threat

An Akasa aircraft flying to Bengaluru has been diverted back to Delhi following a security threat.

According to the airline, the flight carrying 174 passengers, 3 infants and 7 crew members on board is prepared to land at Delhi airport anytime from now.

"The Akasa Air teams are on ground and prepared to assist all passengers to ensure their safety and comfort," the airline posted on X.
