<p>New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday cited a media report to assert that new facts reveal that the Congress 'callously' gave away <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/search?q=Katchatheevu">Katchatheevu island</a> to Sri Lanka.</p>.<p>"Eye opening and startling! New facts reveal how Congress callously gave away Katchatheevu.
