Delhi's Aurangzeb Lane renamed after ex-President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam

The New Delhi Municipal Council has renamed Aurangzeb Lane in Lutyens' Delhi as Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Lane. Now, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam stretch connects Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Road with Prithviraj Road. 

The NDMC had in August 2015 changed the name of Aurangzeb Road to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Road. The Aurangzeb Lane connects the Abdul Kalam Road with Prithvi Raj Road.
