<p>Five more men accused of assaulting L Vidwath in Farzi Café, UB City, on February 17, 2018, have secured bail. </p>.<p class="bodytext">A city civil and sessions court on Saturday granted bail to Arun Babu, Mohamed Ashraf, Manjunath, Balakrishna and Mohamed Nasir. They are to cooperate in the investigation and not tamper with evidence. They should also report to the jurisdictional police whenever summoned, must not leave the city without informing the police and must not go abroad. </p>.<p class="bodytext">The prime accused and the son of Congress legislator N A Haris, Mohammed Haris Nalapad, and his associate Abhishek were granted bail by the high court earlier this month. The eighth accused, identified as Krishna, remains at large. He has applied for anticipatory bail, which the sessions court will hear on Monday, police said. </p>
