Bengaluru: The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) on Monday recovered encroached properties worth Rs 40 crore at Lottegollahalli in a joint operation.
Unauthorised construction — including a godown, 15 sheds and two car garages, on survey numbers 10/1, 10/11F1 and 10/11F2 of Lottegollahalli were demolished — recovering an extent of 32 guntas of land. The demolition was carried out by the BDA's task force with the assistance from engineers and local police.
