Bescom awareness campaign

Bescom officials, on Friday, held a public awareness rally to spread awareness on electricity safety. The campaign aimed to prevent electrical accidents in the city.

Bescom officials, school students, and volunteers were seen holding placards and walking the streets to emphasise preventive measures to be taken. Recently, a 23-year-old woman and her daughter were electrocuted after they stepped on a live electric wire that was lying on a footpath in Kadugodi.
