They also make sure that they don’t use preservatives or added flavours.</p>.<p>To put it in perspective, an average lunch is about 1800 to 2000 calories, but eat.fit tries to limit the calories to within 600 to 700 a meal.</p>.<p>Their menu includes food like ‘dal chawal,’ ‘roti and curry,’ paranthas, salads, baked snacks and much more.
