This popular street food from the UK is quickly gaining ground.</p>.<p>* Heat a shallow pool of oil in a large frying pan.</p>.<p>* Cut the halloumi into long rectangular pieces and thoroughly pat them dry before adding to the pan and cook, turning until golden brown on all sides.</p>.<p>* Once the cheese is fried, dip the pieces into a bowl, add the paprika powder and salt as per taste and toss.</p>.<p>* In a separate bowl mix together natural yoghurt with ¼ tsp ginger and garlic powder and shreds of coriander.</p>.<p>* Put the fries on a platter, drizzle over the yogurt and then sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and mint. Eat immediately.</p>.<p><strong>Instant Mac and Cheese</strong></p>.<p>This Mac and Cheese in a mug is a total game-changer.</p>.<p>* Put 1/3 cup macaroni and ½ water in a mug. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Stir. Repeat the microwaving process two more times. Check to see that all the water has been absorbed. If not, microwave a bit more, until it is gone.</p>.<p>* Stir in the 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and salt and pepper to taste and microwave for a final 30-60 seconds. Stir well, and enjoy.</p>.<p><strong>Egg and Cheese Quiche</strong></p>.<p>A no-fuss quiche recipe that you can customise with whatever fillings you’d like.</p>.<p>* Preheat oven to 180C.</p>.<p>* In a bowl mix together, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cup milk, ½ cup flour and 3 tbsp melted butter.</p>.<p>* Fold in 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese and ½ cup of diced vegetables of your liking.</p>.<p>* Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Muffin tins can also be used.</p>.<p>* Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Toss in the breadcrumbs until completely covered.
