<p>A 29-year-old Kenyan woman has been booked for assaulting and obstructing policemen from discharging their duties in Banaswadi on Friday.</p>.<p>Sasha, the suspect, stays at Hennur Cross. She was creating a ruckus in an inebriated state standing along with her male friend on Kammanahalli main road near Twins Pub at around 2 am, the police said.</p>.<p>A neighbour informed the police about the nuisance.</p>.<p>The man who was with Sasha fled on seeing the police. When questioned, she argued with the policemen and assaulted them. She was taken to the police station where she foulmouthed officials. She threatened to take her clothes off and created a ruckus. Even the women constables could not control her, the police said.</p>.<p>She was taken for a medical examination by the police, and later they informed an African association member who escorted Sasha to her house.</p>.<p>The police are yet to question her to check her passport and visa to ascertain if her stay in the country is legal.</p>.<p>The police have booked her under IPC sections 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty(, 323 (assault) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace).</p>
