Home baker, Madhuri R B shares three simple yet delicious breakfast in bed recipes for you to try. </p>.<p><strong>Chocolate Mud pie with strawberries</strong></p>.<p>Ingredients</p>.<p>Bourbon biscuit - 1 pack </p>.<p>Cream - 170 ml </p>.<p>Cooking dark chocolate compound - 160g</p>.<p>Ghee - 1 tbsp</p>.<p>Method</p>.<p>For the base - grind all the Bourbon biscuits thoroughly. Pour in some ghee to the mixture and make a consistent biscuit base on a tart tin.</p>.<p>Smoothen the base over the edges, sides and the bottom on a tart tin base. Freeze the biscuit base for about 20 mins.</p>.<p>For the filling - Melt the chocolate compound, add some cream to make the chocolate filling thick and rich. Pour this over the frozen base and freeze it over night. Top your mud pie with some fresh cut strawberries before enjoying! </p>.<p><strong>Chewy Choco chip Cookies</strong></p>.<p> Ingredients</p>.<p>Sugar (granulated) - 100g</p>.<p>Brown sugar- 165g </p>.<p>Salt- 1tsp</p>.<p>Unsalted butter- 115g melted</p>.<p>1 egg room temperature </p>.<p>Vanilla extract - 1tsp</p>.<p>Flour - 170g</p>.<p>Baking soda - 1/2tsp</p>.<p>Choco chips - 120g</p>.<p>Method</p>.<p>Whisk melted butter, sugar and along with the egg in a mixing bowl. </p>.<p>Add flour, salt, vanilla extract and baking soda to another bowl.</p>.<p>Combine the wet batter with the dry ingredients and add your chocolate chip cookies and refrigerate the cookie dough for an hour. </p>.<p>Now, Roll up small balls of the cookie dough and place it on a sheet pan leaving enough space between each cookie to rise. Microwave it for about 15 mins until the cookies are brown on the edges and chewy in the between. </p>.<p><strong>Toasted Banana Bread</strong></p>.<p>Ingredients</p>.<p>Flour - 1 1/3 cups </p>.<p>Baking powder - 1/4 tsp</p>.<p>Baking soda - 1/2 tsp</p>.<p>White sugar - 1 cup </p>.<p>Salt - 3/4 tsp</p>.<p>Cinnamon - 1 tsp</p>.<p>Ripe Bananas - 3</p>.<p>Unsalted butter<br />(room temperature) - 5 tbsp.<br />2 Eggs room temperature</p>.<p>Method</p>.<p>Preheat oven to 180*C. On the other hand, Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and cinnamon powder into a large mixing bowl. Combine the ingredients well and set aside.</p>.<p>To another bowl add the bananas and make a paste using a fork into small lumps. </p>.<p>Add butter and 2 eggs to the batter and combine both the dry and wet ingredients (Banana paste) with a spatula.. </p>.<p>Grease a pan with butter on all side and pour the batter into the pan and gently pat on the counter to remove air bubbles.</p>.<p>Bake for 30-40mins until the dough rises.
