<p>Anjali Avasthi, a native of Madhya Pradesh who was employed as a software engineer with a private firm for the past six months, hanged herself from a ceiling fan in her paying guest accommodation last night when her two roommates had gone out.<br /><br />It is suspected that she was suffering from depression due to a failed love affair, police said, adding, her roomates said she was prone to bouts of depression and wept often.<br />"However, the exact reason is yet to be ascertained as no suicide note has been found," they said.<br /><br />In a seperate incident, 35-year-old Yogesh Mishra, a team leader in a software company and a native of Rajasthan, hanged himself from the ceiling fan when his wife had gone to bring back their two children from school yesterday.<br /><br />He had been working for the past two years, police said, adding, the reason behind his action is not known. There was no suicide note.</p>
