<p>Two women lured a 25-year-old man by offering sexual favours and later abducted and robbed him as he waited for a bus at the KSRTC bus stand.</p>.<p>Manikanta, a native of KR Pete in Mandya district works as a labourer in the city and was waiting for a bus to return to his native at the KSRTC bus terminal no. 2 on the wee hours of January 23.</p>.<p>Police said two women approached him around 12.15 am offering sexual favours. Not realizing that they were trapping him, Manikanta followed the women into an isolated dark spot where the two overpowered him and took away Rs 1,300 from him.</p>.<p>When Manikanta tried resisting them, the two women threatened him saying they would file a sexual assault case against him and fled with the money. Manikanta, who did not have money to get back home, filed a complaint with the Upparpet police.</p>.<p>Police have filed a case of extortion and are making efforts to trace the women after getting their physical description from Manikanta.</p>.<p>In the wake of growing mugging incidents near bus terminals and railway stations, West division police have formed an all-women special squad to keep a watch on the extortion cases, a senior police officer said.</p>
