B S Yediyurappa admits to dissidence in BJP

Davangere: BJP Parliamentary Board member and former chief minister B S Yediyurappa on Tuesday, said that the central leaders have taken note of the dissidence in the party.

At the 79th birthday programme of former minister S A Ravindranath, he told reporters, “It is true that some individuals within the BJP are creating divisions. This matter has come to the attention of the central leaders. In a few days, we will all work together for the party’s organisation.” 

He said, “I appeal to disgruntled leaders to discuss the issues for party’s welfare. Let us work together to strengthen the party by resolving the issues.” He also pointed out, “Some people are deliberately spreading misinformation. The BJP and JD(S) will face the next polls together. We all, including Union minister H D Kumaraswamy and former prime minister H D Deve Gowda, are united.”
