<p>Deputy Commissioner Rohini Sindhuri on Wednesday directed all the banks to complete formalities like collecting documents and information from the farmers in connection with the crop loan waiver within 10 days and mandatorily upload them on the specified software.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Addressing a video conference of the tahsildars and bank officials of all the taluks, the deputy commissioner stressed on uploading the details within the stipulated time and also warned of stern action against the officials who neglect the loan waiver process.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The banks, which have less than 100 accounts should complete the process in two days and those with more than 1,000 accounts, should depute additional staff and complete the process within the deadline, she suggested.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The respective tahsildars should be in contact with the bank authorities and ensure that there is no problem in collecting and uploading the details. The bank officials should complete the work without taking leave and achieve the target. The Lead Bank Manager should be in constant touch with the managers of other banks. In case, if any bank is found neglecting the process, it would be brought to the notice of the authorities concerned and stern action recommended, she warned.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Additional DC M L Vaishali, Assistant Commissioners Lakshmikant Reddy, and H L Nagaraj were present.</p>
