A four-year-old girl succumbed to dengue here on Tuesday.
According to an official release from the health department, 46 cases of fever had been reported in the district. Of them, four were confirmed to be dengue.
The four-year-old girl, from Mummigatti village in Dharwad taluk, was suffering from fever and was admitted to SDM hospital for treatment on Monday. She breathed her last on Tuesday, officials said.
