<p class="title">Manipal College of Dental Sciences (MCODS), Mangaluru, has procured the latest model of Zeiss S 100/OPMI Pico surgical dental microscope with integrated camera for documentation for both patient care and education with the supported infrastructural grant by VGST, Government of Karnataka under K-Fist Level-1.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Addressing reporters in Mangaluru, Dean Dr Dilip Nayak said that MCODS is the first institute among the dental colleges in the country to procure this latest model of Carl Zeiss surgical microscope.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The machine will provide the best optics and illumination to see details and fine structures at ease.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The same will be inaugurated at the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics at MCODS, Mangaluru, at Attavar campus on January 28.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Mangaluru North MLA Dr Y Bharat Shetty will be the chief guest.</p>.<p class="bodytext">MAHE pro vice chancellor Dr Poornima Baliga will be the guest of honour, said the dean.</p>
