The contributions of the BJP MLAs for the last 20 years is zero in the district, he said.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The BJP MLAs have failed to take up development works. During the Congress regime, the district was given three ministers and no works were delayed during the regime, he added.</p>.<p class="bodytext">He demanded the government to initiate measures to capture the tiger that has claimed three lives in the district. </p>.<p class="bodytext">DCC president K K Manjunath Kumar said that Kodagu could not get a Congress MLA for the last 23 years.
