<p>The police have intensified probe into the suspicious death of Shiroor seer Lakshmivarateertha Swami.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Though it is said that the DVR of a CCTV camera of Shiroor main mutt was found in Swarna river on Wednesday, the police have not confirmed the same.</p>.<p class="bodytext">It is said that, with the help of divers, the police had carried out a search operation in the river near the mutt.</p>.<p class="bodytext">On the other hand, daily pooja rituals at the Shiroor original mutt commenced on Wednesday. The deity was offered ‘akki naivedya,’ said sources in the mutt.</p>.<p class="bodytext">After the death of the seer, the police have cordoned off the main mutt. The police have allowed daily pooja in the morning and evening.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The entry of devotees inside the mutt is prohibited. Only two priests, one staff member and another staffer for cleaning work are allowed inside the mutt.</p>
