<p>Addressing an interactive session on the infrastructure development of the town at the Town Panchayat hall on Monday, he said the plan will be executed in three different phases. <br />The first phase (five years) will be of Rs 16.75 crore, while the second (10 years) and the third phases (25 years) will be of Rs 7.94 crore and Rs 3.07 crore respectively.<br /><br />As per the blue print, Rs 244 lakh has been earmarked for drinking water supply, Rs 608 lakh for toilets, Rs 28 lakh for solid waste management, Rs 803 lakh for under ground drainage, Rs 716 lakh for transportation, Rs 198 lakh for street lights, Rs 180 lakh for addressing basic problems and 1.95 crore for infrastructure.<br /><br />In his inaugural address, Chikmagalur district Town Planning Director Nagabhushan said the infrastructure development projects are being taken up with public-private partnership.<br />Town Panchayat President Nayima Pervin, Standing Committee President Ilias Ahmed, Rajivlochana, Harsha, Town Panchayat Chief Officer Manjunath were present.<br /></p>
